Lana’s Surinam Kitchen

Lana’s Surinam Kitchen is a new Surinamese food stand in our food hall since May 2023. All the dishes are lovingly homemade by owner Lana. She learned Surinamese cooking from her mother-in-law and has turned it into her work so that others can also enjoy it. Think of fresh baras to a good saoto, Lana serves it all.
