Of course we serve the classic and well-known beef ‘bitterbal’, but de Ballenbar also serves six different culinary bitterballen dishes. All of which are our own unique recipe. With interesting variations such as Thom Kah Kai and French Bouillabaisse, and also a version with truffle or even a vegan option. In short, we have something for everyone, because let’s be honest; without snacks, drinking is no fun, right?
